Onstage introducing the Mark Mothersbaugh art show on opening reception night, April 17th, in the courtyard of Waikato Museum.

Just before my intro, the Waikato staff took the stage and sang a Maori waiata (song). It is called Waikato te Awa and it is a moteatea (chant) that traces back the history of the Waikato people and the sacred places along the Waikato River.
