This was a private corporate event hosted by Oracle, and was not fully documented. Elton John, Berlin, Joan Jett, DEVO, and other bands all performed on a number of stages that night.
See the night's schedule here. The band and crew was told that absolutely no one from the public would be allowed to purchase tickets or attend the show, and there was no guest list. Despite that, and the promise of tight security, a few hardcore spuds (Jane and Vanessa from SF) still somehow managed to get a spot in the front row by the time DEVO hit the stage!
