DEVO Action Figure by NECA
(Set of 5 Figures w/ Poster)

Limited edition set of 5 DEVO figures in radiation suits by NECA, distributed exclusively by Music Land/Sam Goody (and available at their retail stores). I've also seen these sets available on Ebay.

When these sets were released in early 2006, they included an autographed 5.5" x 8" mini-poster and Booji-Boy sticker on the package.
