Bootleg jersey tee from DEVO's 1981 New Traditionalists tour.

Nick Baggarly, who donated this to the Devo-Obsesso archives, said that he bought it at a show in the US back in 1981, but Mark Mothersbaugh and I think it's definitely a bootleg that someone was selling outside..?
