Meet Guy, a DEVO fan from way back who saw an advert for The DEVOtional 2009 event, and decided to show up. I have fond memories of him walking around seemingly wasted the entire day & night...saluting and yelling indecipherable things. Great to see you at the Devolved festivities, Guy!
