Jeff Winner saw these guys walking around Philadelphia weeks before the DEVO show, passing out flyers to promote the festival.

The guitarist was walking around playing riffs from "Uncontrollable Urge". Jeff asked if they were being paid, and they said "No -- that's how much we love the band - the greatest band of all time!".

Thanks for risking your self respect in the streets of Boston, spuds!
