Josh Freese had a digital audio recorder with him constantly on tour, on which he recorded little bits of conversation, noise, inside jokes, etc.

Josh holds the device up to Mark's ear while he creates more of his Postcard Diary drawings on the van ride to the Fire Lake Festival in South Carolina.
